JDL Chemical is a minority-owned business founded by industry veterans who spent decades working inside the chemical supply chain—at manufacturers, logistics companies, and major distributors. They saw the same problems repeat: large distributors spreading themselves too thin, manufacturers unwilling to adapt to customer needs, and municipal buyers caught in the middle.

JDL Chemical was built to solve those problems.

Integrated Logistics Our partnership with Congtistics Inc. gives us direct coordination of truck, rail, and water transportation. We don't hand off your order to a third party and hope for the best—we manage the logistics from terminal to delivery.

Government Procurement Expertise We respond to IFBs, RFQs, and cooperative purchasing contracts with complete documentation. Our team understands compliance requirements and builds bid packages that make evaluation straightforward for your procurement office.
